Twelve weeks of total focus can produce a dramatic, visible change — the kind most people chase for years without getting. It’s not a magic number; it’s long enough for serious physiological change when every variable is locked in from day one.

This is the most intensive option I offer. Where my other programmes are built for flexibility and the long game, this one has a single job: to get you to your absolute best by a deadline. It asks for real commitment, discipline and a degree of sacrifice — and it rewards every bit of it.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week I review your progress photos, measurements, weight trends, training performance, and biofeedback. Your programme is adjusted in real time based on data.

Recovery Programming

Sleep protocols, stress management strategies, and structured deload periods ensure your body recovers as hard as it works. Recovery is programmed, not left to chance.

Daily Accountability

You check in with me daily. Nutrition logs, training completion, energy levels, questions — I am with you every single day of the 12 weeks. You are never on your own.

Is 12 weeks really enough time?

For a dramatic, visible change from a solid starting point — yes. With every variable optimised from day one, twelve focused weeks can completely change how you look.

Do I need training and dieting experience?

Ideally, yes. This is the intensive option and you’ll be pushing from day one, so it suits people who already know their way around a gym and a meal plan. If you’re newer, one of my other programmes is a better place to start.

Will it work from where I’m starting?

It depends on your starting point. It works best from a reasonable base — broadly men under around 20% body fat and women around 30%. Tell me where you’re at and I’ll be honest about whether this fits, or whether another programme suits you better.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

These twelve weeks are a finite, all-in sprint, so there’s no aftercare built into this programme. What comes next — holding your result, or moving into more sustainable ongoing coaching — is a conversation we have at the end, and I’ll point you to the right next step.

How much time do I need each week?

Less than you’d think — efficient, progressive training plus daily check-ins. The intensity is in the precision, not endless hours.

How much does the programme cost?
