I do not write random workouts. I design periodised, progressive programmes where every phase has a clear purpose — accumulation to build volume, intensification to drive strength, deload to recover, peak to perform. Your body adapts to stimuli, so the stimuli must evolve. That is what periodisation delivers, and it is what separates structured coaching from guesswork. Compound lifts, isolation work, and conditioning are programmed in the right ratios for your objective.

But accountability is more than just tracking compliance. I coach behaviour. If you are struggling with motivation, I find out why and we fix it.
