Between sessions, I am still coaching you. Through my dedicated coaching app, I track your training, monitor your nutrition, and check in with you regularly. Weekly reviews keep your programme moving forward and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Full Health Integration
Your training does not exist in a vacuum. I factor in sleep quality, stress levels, recovery data, and lifestyle demands. If something is off, I adjust your programme in real time — not at the end of the month when it is too late.

Free Consultation
We start with a conversation. I learn about your goals, your training history, what you have tried before, and what your life actually looks like day to day. This is where I decide if I can genuinely help you.
Assessment
I conduct a thorough assessment of your current fitness, body composition, movement quality, and relevant health markers. This gives us a clear, measurable starting point to build from.
Programme Design
Based on your assessment and goals, I design your complete training and nutrition programme from scratch. Every exercise, every rep range, every nutritional target is chosen with your result in mind.
Weekly Sessions
We train together in private 1-2-1 sessions. I coach every movement, track every set, correct your form in real time, and push you further than you would ever go training alone.
Regular Reviews
I review your progress consistently — body composition, strength data, energy levels, adherence. When your body adapts, I adjust. Your programme is never stale and your results never plateau.
Ongoing Results
This is not a 12-week transformation that disappears. I build sustainable habits, long-term strength, and the knowledge you need to maintain your results well beyond our time training together.
Who I am
I am first and foremost a body transformation coach. That is what I have dedicated my career to — helping people fundamentally change how they look, how they feel, and how they perform.
I have been training for over 25 years and coaching clients professionally for more than 15. In that time, I have developed deep expertise in metabolic health, hormonal health, hypertension and diabetes management — but transformation is always the foundation. Every programme I write starts with one question: what result do you want to see?
I am a lifelong vegetarian who coaches clients from every nutritional background. I have seen first-hand that results come from any dietary approach done properly — the key is understanding the science and applying it consistently to your life.
What to expect
When you work with me, everything is structured, tracked, and accountable. Here is what my coaching actually looks like in practice.
Every week is structured around your private 1-2-1 training sessions. These are not random workouts — each session is part of a periodised programme designed to build on the previous one. I coach every rep, correct your form in real time, manage your tempo and rest periods, and push you beyond what you would do alone. You will train harder, more intelligently, and with more purpose than you ever have before.
Outside of sessions, your coaching continues. I set your nutrition targets, review your food intake through our coaching app, and adjust your plan as your body responds. I monitor your sleep data, recovery metrics, and stress levels — because all of these directly affect your results. If something needs to change mid-week, I change it. You are never left guessing what to do next.
At the end of each week, we review everything together. Body composition changes, strength progress, adherence to nutrition targets, energy levels, and how you are feeling overall. This review informs the next week's programming. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is left on the table.
